The Ad Astra Client Solutions Manager is a sales position is for an intelligent, hungry, proactive, passionate, curious and ever-growing professional who cares immensely about community building through language access.
What is your Mission?
Over the course of 12 months, ramp yourself, ramp your team, ramp your pipeline, and close on business, contributing to the team's and the company's revenue goal.
What do We Expect of You?
Own your strategy. You will help design how you will attack your goal within the framework of Ad Astra’s strategic priorities.
Own your numbers. Through smart and hard work, every day, you will drive your numbers toward success.
Own your passion. In order to implement your strategy and meet your numbers, a baseline of passion is required, and it must be aligned with Ad Astra’s purpose.
Focus. You will keep laser-focused in order to attain success.
Learn. We require you to check your ego at the door and open your mind to learning. This will feed your passion, supercharge your strategy, and assure you crush your numbers through laser focus. We have a training program that covers necessary sales and language services learning and our corporate culture promotes knowledge share.
What Qualifications do We Need You to Have?
Experience in sales preferred.
Experience in selling services vs products is preferred.
Proven work ethic is required. It can replace the two items above, if it is strong enough.
Proven ability to close on a sales pipeline preferred, but this can be learned if the work ethic is there.

While this description is a fair representation of the Client Success Manager position, it is not a complete list of all responsibilities. This position reports to the Head of Client Solutions.
This is a full-time position with the potential for working remotely after an extended in house orientation and training period. The position will have a fixed salary and high commission base.
